Multimedia Information System - Copyright Guidelines

警告: 除獲版權持有者同意外，合約條款和香港版權條例嚴禁使用者過量下載、 非法分發、大量列印或複印多媒體資訊系統的圖像或影音資料。 Warning: Licensing agreements and Copyright Ordinance of Hong Kong prohibit excessive downloading, illegal distribution, printing or copying a disproportionate amount of material without the consent of copyright owners.

在使用多媒體資訊系統前，使用者必須留意以下與版權有關的事項： Before using the Multimedia Information System, users are reminded to pay attention to the following copyright related matters:
1.	在符合香港版權條例(香港法例第528章)的情況下，使用者可以瀏覽、 下載或列印有限數量的圖像、影音資料、剪輯、引文、摘要、全文或部份文章，作為研究或私人研習用途。 In compliance with the permissible limits of the Copyright Ordinance of Hong Kong (Laws of Hong Kong, Chapter 528), users may display, download or print limited copies of images, audio-visual materials, clippings, citations, abstracts, full-text or portions from the Multimedia Information System solely for the purposes of research or private study.
2.	在任何情況下，使用者不可把多媒體資訊系統或其各種資料內容，分發與其他人士， 更不可將它的各種資料內容作任何形式的複製或更改，以作商業用途。 Under no circumstances should the Multimedia Information System or any of the content therein be redistributed to another person or be used, duplicated or altered for commercial purpose.
3.	多媒體資訊系統的全部內容均受其出版人的版權保障。 使用者不可移除、取消、改動多媒體資訊系統內有關版權或專利的通告。 The entire content of the Multimedia Information System is protected by copyright of the publishers. Users should not remove, cancel or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the Content.
4.	使用者如侵犯版權法，須承擔因此而引起的全部法律責任。 Users are reminded that they will be held fully responsible for any legal consequences arising from copyright infringement.
